free weight watchers recipes. Weight Watchers has been around for a great many years now and is a hugely successful commercial diet program which focuses on a balance of counseling, exercise and low fat nutrition.

Different foods are given a points value and members use recipes and a points "calculator" provided by the program.
Members are further encouraged to visit local counseling sessions for ideas and advice and to assist with the changes in lifestyle that accompany any dieting program. Online support is also available, in addition to online recipes, menus and calculators.
In addition, Weight Watchers produce their own assortment of meals which can be bought at many of the larger grocery stores.
The points value given to various different foods is calculated from the amount of fiber, the quantity of fat, the size of the portion and the number of calories in each serving. As a general rule, high fat means a high points value and high fiber means a low points value. The daily allowance for members then depends upon things like body weight and the desired weight loss.
The points formula used is:

Where: p = Points | c = Calories | f = Fat Grams | r = Dietary fiber Grams
(Note: in the term (minr, 4) a maximum of 4 grams of fiber is used in the calculation. This means that, if the actual figure is less than 4 this figure is used, however, if the figure is larger than 4 then 4 is used.
